The decision as to whether the submitted photos and videos meet the requirements and are suitable for the promotion lies solely with ByteTecpeak.
Submitting material does not automatically entitle you to a cashback.
6. Amount and payout of the cashback
The amount of the cashback depends exclusively on the respective product category:
- Electric wheelchairs: 30 €
- Manual wheelchairs: 20 €
- Rollators: 10 €
The payout is made only after the material and the associated order have been successfully reviewed.
7. One-time participation per order
As a rule, this promotion can be used only once per order unless ByteTecpeak confirms otherwise in writing.
Multiple submissions for the same order do not create multiple cashback claims.
8. Right to use submitted content
By submitting, you agree that ByteTecpeak may use the submitted photos and videos free of charge for the following purposes:
- Website
- Product pages
- Blog posts
- Social media
- Advertisements
- other marketing and presentation purposes
This applies unless a different written agreement has been made.
9. No legal entitlement
The promotion is a voluntary customer promotion by ByteTecpeak.
