We endeavor to process refunds within three days of receiving the returned goods. However, please note that your bank may take several days to credit the payment back to your account. Can I return or exchange an item?
You can return the item to us within 30 days of receipt as long as it is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

We send return slips by e-mail. If you can find the email we sent you, simply print out a new one. If you cannot find this email, please contact us and ask us to resend the return slip.
